Our support address is support@pixbench.org. Put a few words about the issue in the subject line, then explain what you expected and what happened. Pixbench has no registration or login; include an app or generation reference if available, and never send Google credentials or full payment details.
Pixbench is in development for Google Play and has no public store link yet. This website will provide the official download route when it is available. Pricing and paid features will be shown in the app.
A creation or technical problem
Include your device model, Android and app version, the approximate time of the issue and any error text or generation reference. Say whether you were using image-to-video, text-to-video, a template or AI images.
A cropped screenshot may help explain the problem. Remove private information first, and do not resend a sensitive source image unless it is necessary and support has explained why it is needed.
A result that could harm someone or infringe a right
Tell us what the concern is and provide the generation reference or another way to locate the result, if you have one. If you are reporting use of your work or likeness, explain your connection to it. You can report a concern without sending us illegal content or unnecessary copies of private material.
We use reports to investigate the issue and decide what action is appropriate. Pixbench does not permit exploitation of children, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, threats or other prohibited uses described in the Terms of Service.
A few questions already have a direct route
- Deleting app data: use Personal Settings or the email instructions on our deletion page. You can start by email even when you cannot open or use the app.
- A purchase issue: include the Google Play order ID and date, without a full card number or banking details.
- A privacy request: describe the information or right involved and include a reference that helps locate the relevant app records, if available. We will ask only for the verification needed.

Use the support email for product enquiries and privacy requests so we can direct them to the appropriate person. If you follow up, keep the previous correspondence in the same email thread so we can see the history of the issue.
