Privacy Policy

How Pixbench handles creative content, app and device records, purchases, attribution and support—and how to exercise your choices.

01

Who is responsible, and what this policy covers

FTS AND SONS PROPERTY LIMITED operates Pixbench: AI Video Generator and is the controller of personal information processed for the purposes described in this policy. Our postal address is Unit 53, Imex Trading Estate, Upper Villiers Street, Wolverhampton, WV2 4XA, United Kingdom. Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@pixbench.org.

This policy covers https://www.pixbench.org, the Pixbench app, its image-to-video, text-to-video, video-template and AI-image features, purchases and our support communications. Personal information means information that identifies a person or can reasonably be connected with them, including relevant device and online identifiers.

Pixbench is being developed for Google Play. The website introduces the product and provides its policies; it does not currently offer an app download, collect a generation request or take payment. The app-related sections describe how information is handled when those features are available.

This policy explains our practices; it is not a request for blanket consent to every use of data. Where a particular activity requires your consent or another notice, that requirement applies separately.

02

Information supplied by you and generated by use

We receive information directly when you choose creative material, make a purchase or contact us. Technical records also arise when your device communicates with the website, the app's service systems or the Adjust SDK. Google Play supplies information needed to verify purchases and their status.

  • Creative material: text prompts, images you select, template choices, generation settings and the resulting images or videos. Generation references, timestamps and task status connect a request with its result and help investigate a failed creation.
  • App records: app-user or installation identifiers, settings, feature selections, generation activity and purchase entitlements used to operate the service. These records can exist even though Pixbench does not require registration or a sign-in.
  • Purchase records: order or transaction references, the product purchased, purchase and refund status, dates, receipts or verification information, and the associated access or entitlement. Google Play processes the payment itself under its own policies.
  • Support information: your email address, the questions or reports you send, correspondence, and any screenshots, order references or other attachments you choose to include.
  • Technical and service information: IP address, device or browser characteristics, operating system and app versions, request times, page or feature interactions, error and diagnostic information, and logs relevant to service delivery, security or abuse prevention.
  • Attribution information: device and advertising identifiers when available and permitted, installation and session information, campaign or referral information and configured app events processed through Adjust, as explained separately below.
03

Using Pixbench without a sign-in

Pixbench does not require you to register a login account or sign in through a social account. We do not ask you to create a Pixbench password. References to an app user, user record or an account-deletion control describe records associated with your use of the app, rather than a separate login profile.

Not having a sign-in does not mean that no personal information is processed. App identifiers, requests, purchases, attribution records and support communications may still relate to you or your device. We use relevant identifiers to provide the requested features and locate records when you ask for help or deletion.

Your Google Play account is separate. A store purchase does not create a Pixbench login, and deleting Pixbench user data does not close your Google account or remove records that Google must handle itself. Do not send us your Google password or authentication codes.

04

What we use information for

  • Delivering a requested creative feature: accepting an input, applying the selected settings or template, managing the generation task and returning its result.
  • Operating the app: maintaining user settings, associating service activity with the correct app record, administering access and providing information about the availability or status of a feature.
  • Handling purchases: validating store transactions, delivering purchased access, checking entitlement status and reconciling refunds, reversals or purchase disputes.
  • Providing support and administrative communications: answering questions, investigating failed tasks or bugs, addressing privacy and deletion requests and explaining relevant service changes.
  • Measuring and improving the service: understanding installations and campaign performance with Adjust, examining feature use and technical failures, and improving reliability and the product experience.
  • Protecting the service and other people: investigating fraud, misuse, unsafe content, security incidents and breaches of our terms, and establishing or defending legal rights.
  • Meeting obligations: maintaining appropriate transaction and accounting records and responding to applicable legal requirements and valid requests from public authorities.

Aggregated or properly de-identified statistics may help us understand service performance and usage without identifying an individual. An identifier that has merely been replaced or hashed is not necessarily anonymous; information that can still be linked to a person remains subject to this policy.

These purposes do not permit training AI on user information. We do not use user data to train AI models, including prompts, uploads, results, service identifiers, diagnostics or support messages.

05

The basis for processing personal information

Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, the basis depends on the specific activity. We distinguish information necessary for a feature you request from optional processing that requires a separate choice.

  • Contract or steps you request before a contract: processing creative requests, delivering purchases and providing support necessary for the service you have requested.
  • Legitimate interests: keeping the service reliable, investigating errors, protecting users, preventing fraud and conducting necessary business administration, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and applicable law permits that basis.
  • Legal obligations: records and disclosures needed to meet applicable accounting, tax, consumer protection and other legal duties.
  • Consent: optional tracking, access to information on your device, communications or other processing where consent is required. We do not treat continued use of this policy page as consent to such activities.

You can withdraw consent through the relevant available control or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. Information needed to fulfil a generation or purchase request is necessary for that requested feature; if it is not provided, we may be unable to carry out that request. You can choose not to send optional support attachments or other unnecessary material.

06

Creative inputs, images and AI processing

Generation takes place on servers that we host and operate with self-hosted models. We do not send creative inputs or results to a third-party AI generation provider. This describes our generation infrastructure; it does not mean the generation happens entirely on your phone.

An image you select is used as visual input for the requested creative task. We do not perform facial recognition, extract facial geometry for identification, create biometric identifiers or use a face to identify someone. A photograph of an identifiable person can nevertheless be personal information and receives the protections described here.

We do not use any user information to train AI models. The limited processing needed to complete a request, deliver a result, investigate an error or address abuse does not grant permission to build a model-training collection.

Prompts, input images and generated images or videos are removed from our generation environment within 48 hours. The service is not permanent storage: export results you wish to keep. The retention section below distinguishes these files from necessary transaction and service records.

Only submit material you are entitled to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, private documents or another person's confidential details. Generated media can be inaccurate or unexpected; review a result before using or sharing it, including whether it reveals information about someone else.

07

Adjust attribution and app measurement

Pixbench integrates Adjust for attribution and app measurement: understanding how an installation relates to a campaign and how the app is used afterwards. Adjust is an external measurement service, not our AI generation provider.

Depending on availability, consent and configuration, measurement data can include device and advertising identifiers, IP address, device and operating-system details, app or SDK version, installation and session times, referral or campaign information and configured app events. Purchase-related events can include transaction event details when configured; this does not mean Adjust processes the store's payment card details.

Adjust processes measurement information and may report relevant events or attribution results to measurement and advertising partners through enabled integrations, subject to applicable consent and privacy choices. Attribution records follow their own retention arrangements, separate from the short lifecycle of creative files.

Use the privacy choices available on your device and contact us to request access, deletion, an objection or an applicable advertising opt-out. Removing or limiting an advertising identifier does not by itself erase previously collected records. We handle requests concerning processing carried out for Pixbench, including contacting relevant service providers where needed.

08

Website storage, SDKs and external links

The Pixbench website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not persist your creative-bench tab selections in browser storage. Its illustrations are demonstrations: switching a tab does not upload a photograph or submit a prompt for AI processing. Your browser can cache pages, fonts and images to display the site.

App technologies are different from website cookies. The app uses local and service records to support its functions, and the Adjust integration measures installations and activity as described above. Browser cookie controls do not automatically disable an SDK in an installed app.

You can manage browser storage and device privacy preferences through the controls your browser or operating system provides. Changes may affect the associated functionality or measurement; deleting a local cache is not a request to delete information already held by us or a service provider.

If an app feature needs device permission, we request it when needed. You can refuse or later change permission in device settings; the related feature may then be unavailable. Changing permission does not itself delete information already submitted to the service.

If you follow a link to Google Play, Adjust or another external service, that service has its own terms and privacy information. We explain our own disclosures here, but an independent service's collection from your direct interaction with it is governed by its notice.

09

Who may receive information, and why

Access and disclosure are limited to a purpose described in this policy. We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws also regulate disclosures for other benefits or advertising as sale or sharing. The regional rights sections explain the applicable rights and how to make an opt-out request.

  • Service providers: hosting, storage, website delivery, communications, support, security and other operational services receive information relevant to the work they perform. Adjust receives measurement information as described in its own section. Operational providers are separate from our self-hosted AI generation.
  • Google Play and purchase-related services: transaction, entitlement, refund and verification information is exchanged as needed to deliver a purchase, investigate a billing issue or satisfy platform requirements.
  • Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers and similar advisers may receive relevant information when needed for advice, compliance, a claim or business administration, subject to appropriate duties of confidentiality.
  • Legal and safety recipients: we may disclose relevant records to courts, regulators, law enforcement or other recipients when a valid legal requirement applies or when law permits disclosure to protect people, investigate abuse or establish, exercise or defend rights.
  • Business transactions: relevant information may be reviewed or transferred in a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets. Appropriate confidentiality protections and any required notice or other legal safeguards apply; such an event is not permission to disregard existing privacy commitments.
  • Your instructions: if you ask us to disclose information to someone acting for you, or choose to export or share a result, information is handled for that instruction. A recipient's subsequent handling of a copy you share is separate from our service.

Where a provider processes information on our behalf, we require its handling to be limited to the authorized purpose and subject to appropriate protection. An independent service, such as an app marketplace, may also have its own legal responsibilities for the information it receives.

10

Storage periods and the end of the data lifecycle

Creative files have a specific maximum: prompts, input images and generated images or videos are deleted from the generation environment within 48 hours. Routine backups do not extend this limit or create an indefinite archive of generation content. Downloaded or externally shared copies are outside our systems.

Other records have different purposes and are retained only while that purpose or a lawful requirement remains. We consider what the record is needed for, whether the issue has been resolved, the effect of a deletion request, applicable legal periods and whether an outstanding dispute or investigation requires preservation.

  • App-user and settings records: kept as needed to provide and administer your use of the app, then deleted in response to a valid deletion request or when no longer needed, subject to the limited exceptions explained here.
  • Purchase and financial records: retained for purchase verification, entitlement reconciliation, refunds, payment disputes, accounting and tax duties. A legal or unresolved billing requirement can continue after app-user data is deleted.
  • Support correspondence: retained while handling the request and any relevant follow-up or dispute, including the limited information needed to document the response.
  • Technical and security records: kept for diagnosis, service protection, abuse prevention and any related investigation. Their period depends on the fault, threat or legal issue being addressed; they are not a reason to retain creative files beyond their stated limit.
  • Attribution and measurement records: retained for measurement purposes under the applicable Adjust service arrangements and configuration, subject to your valid privacy requests and any legal need. These records have their own retention criteria.

When a record is no longer needed, we delete it or make it genuinely anonymous. If a lawful preservation requirement prevents immediate deletion, access and use remain limited to that requirement. Any restricted backup copies of non-creative records remain subject to disposal and cannot be used to resume ordinary processing of a deleted user record.

11

Safeguarding information

We use technical, organizational and administrative safeguards appropriate to the information and the risks involved. These include restricting access to people and systems with a relevant operational need, limiting authorized use and protecting information during its handling and transmission.

Security work also includes investigating faults and suspicious activity, responding to reported incidents and reviewing how operational providers handle information. Safeguards need to reflect the service and its risks; no internet-connected system can guarantee that loss, misuse or unauthorized access is impossible.

Keep your device and store access secure. If you suspect a privacy or security incident, contact us with a brief description and relevant app or transaction reference. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or authentication codes. We assess incidents and provide notifications where applicable law requires them.

12

Processing across national borders

Our operator is based in the United Kingdom. Information may also be handled in countries where the service infrastructure, Google Play, Adjust or other operational providers process relevant records. Our company address is not a statement that every record remains in the UK, and countries can have different privacy protections.

International processing must meet the transfer requirements that apply to the information. Depending on the destination and circumstances, those requirements may involve a recognized adequacy decision, approved contractual protections or another lawful transfer mechanism.

You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your information, including how to obtain a copy or description of applicable safeguards, subject to appropriate protection of confidential information. A transfer does not change the stated purpose limitations or the generation-content retention limit.

13

Children and sensitive personal information

Use of Pixbench must satisfy the age and consent requirements that apply to the user. Where a young person cannot lawfully use the service independently, a parent or guardian must be involved only to the extent that the applicable law permits that use. Nothing in this policy authorizes a child to bypass an applicable age restriction.

We do not knowingly collect children's personal information contrary to applicable requirements. If we learn that such information was collected without a required permission or legal basis, we take steps to stop the processing and delete the information as required. A parent or guardian can contact us to raise a concern and request review or deletion.

Creative tools do not require you to submit health records, government identification, private financial documents or other unrelated sensitive information. Avoid including those details, and take care when a photo or prompt contains another person's information. The fact that a face appears in an image does not mean that Pixbench performs biometric identification.

14

Access, correction, objections and other privacy rights

Contact support@pixbench.org to exercise a privacy right. The rights that apply depend on your location, the processing and its legal basis. You do not need a Pixbench login to make a request.

  • Access: ask whether we process information about you, obtain a copy and request information about its use and disclosure.
  • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information or complete information that is incomplete for its intended use.
  • Erasure and restriction: request deletion or limits on processing, subject to applicable exceptions such as a legal record-keeping duty or the need to address a legal claim.
  • Portability: where applicable, receive information you provided in a usable format or ask for its transfer to another provider where technically feasible.
  • Withdrawal of consent: change a consent-based choice without affecting the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
  • Advertising and profiling choices: exercise applicable rights to opt out of a sale, advertising-related sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling. Details for California and Virginia appear below.

Your right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object for reasons connected with your situation. Where an objection concerns direct marketing, the applicable right to object is not conditional on explaining a personal reason.

We may need limited information to connect your request with the relevant app-user, device, purchase or support record. We do not require a new login just to submit a request. An authorized representative may act where the law allows, with suitable evidence of authority and any required verification.

We respond within the applicable legal period. If a request is limited or refused, or an extension or permitted charge applies, we explain the reason and relevant options. We do not penalize you for exercising a protected privacy right.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the data protection authority available to you under applicable law. Contacting us first can help resolve an issue, but does not remove a right to complain directly to an authority.

15

Deleting your app-user data

Although Pixbench has no registration or sign-in, the app maintains records associated with its use. You can request deletion through Personal Settings in the app or by email. An in-app control may refer to account deletion; in this context it removes the app-user data, not a separate login account.

  • In the app: open Personal Settings, select the deletion control, read the information presented and confirm your request. Save any available creations that you want to retain before doing so.
  • By email: write to support@pixbench.org with a request to delete your Pixbench user data. Include an app-user or generation reference if available, or a relevant purchase reference that can help locate your records. If you cannot open the app, say so and we will explain what limited verification is needed.
  • Deletion covers the relevant app-user record, non-essential settings and associated personal information, including any remaining prompts, input images and results in our generation environment. The limited retention of transaction or other necessary records described below does not extend the separate maximum lifetime of prompts and creative files.
  • Transaction, tax, refund, security, abuse, dispute or other legal records may remain only for their necessary purpose. We explain relevant exceptions when responding. Required service-provider deletion is addressed as part of the request; deleting a device cache alone does not do this.

Routine deletion of generation files within 48 hours does not depend on making a separate request. Deletion cannot retrieve copies already exported to your device or shared with someone else. Once erased, a result is no longer available from our systems.

Deleting app data does not cancel a Google Play subscription or automatically request a refund. Any store-managed renewal must be cancelled through Google Play, and purchase concerns can be raised separately with us or the store.

16

Do-Not-Track and legally recognized opt-out signals

Some browsers offer a legacy Do-Not-Track setting. There is no single uniform implementation of that setting across services, and we do not treat it as a general instruction to delete app records, disable every SDK or withdraw every consent.

A legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control where applicable, is different from the legacy Do-Not-Track setting. When a law requires a valid signal to be treated as an opt-out for particular processing, the signal is subject to that requirement. Its effect relates to the applicable browser, device or processing context; it does not automatically identify every separate app installation.

You can also send an applicable sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out to support@pixbench.org. Tell us which service or device record the request concerns so it can be applied appropriately. No registration is required to send the request.

17

Additional information for California residents

If California privacy law applies to our handling of your information, its definitions, thresholds and exceptions determine the rights available to you. This section supplements the information categories, sources, purposes, recipients and retention rules elsewhere in this policy.

The relevant categories can include identifiers such as app or device references and support email addresses; commercial information such as purchases and entitlements; internet or app activity and technical information; and images, videos, prompts or correspondence that you choose to provide. Creative material may reveal additional information depending on its contents. We use and disclose these categories for the purposes and to the recipients described above.

  • Request to know and access the personal information held about you, including applicable information about collection, use and disclosure.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information and deletion, subject to statutory exceptions.
  • Opt out of a sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising where the law applies, and limit qualifying uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where that right applies.
  • Use an authorized agent subject to the required authorization and verification rules, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.

We do not exchange personal information for money. California's sale and sharing definitions also cover certain other disclosures, including disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where enabled Adjust integrations involve such a disclosure, you can exercise the applicable opt-out through the contact below or a legally recognized preference signal. Relevant advertising choices also apply to reporting through those integrations.

We verify requests where required using information proportionate to the request, and explain any exception that prevents full completion. A request concerning sensitive material does not require you to send a new copy of that material unless it is necessary to identify the issue.

18

Additional information for Virginia residents

Where the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act applies, eligible residents may have the rights described here, subject to its scope and exceptions. The information, purposes, disclosure and retention sections above describe the processing to which those rights relate.

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data and obtain access to it.
  • Correct inaccuracies, request deletion and obtain a portable copy where applicable.
  • Opt out of processing for targeted advertising, a sale of personal data or profiling used for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, where the relevant processing and right apply.
  • Appeal a decision on a privacy request and exercise protected rights without unlawful discrimination.

Send a request to support@pixbench.org. To appeal a response, reply to the correspondence or use the same address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject and explain what you believe was missed. We review the appeal and respond within the applicable period, explaining the outcome and available complaint route.

19

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when product features, information handling, operational arrangements or legal requirements change. The date displayed on the page identifies the current version. Material changes receive additional notice where required, rather than being introduced only through an unannounced change of wording.

If a proposed new purpose requires consent or another legal step, updating this page does not replace that requirement. The policy must continue to reflect the app's actual handling of information, including relevant measurement integrations and deletion practices.

20

Contact and privacy enquiries

For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, advertising objections, security concerns or assistance with this policy, write to support@pixbench.org. You may also contact FTS AND SONS PROPERTY LIMITED at Unit 53, Imex Trading Estate, Upper Villiers Street, Wolverhampton, WV2 4XA, United Kingdom.

Briefly explain the issue and provide an app-user, task or purchase reference if available. A support email address helps us respond but is not evidence that you have a registered Pixbench login. Do not include store passwords, authentication codes, full payment details or unrelated identification documents.

The official website is https://www.pixbench.org. Our support page and deletion instructions provide further help with choosing the appropriate route.
