It starts with the material you choose
A generation request can include a written prompt, an image you select, a template choice and settings for the result. We use that material to create the requested image or video and return the result to you.
You are responsible for having permission to use uploaded material, including the permission needed for another person's likeness. Keep private documents and unnecessary sensitive details out of prompts and images.
The creative work runs on our own generation servers
Pixbench uses self-hosted generation infrastructure under our operation. Your creative inputs and outputs are not passed to third-party AI generation services. Self-hosted refers to our servers; it does not mean generation happens entirely on your phone.
The system processes visual and written content to produce media. It does not identify people through facial recognition, build face identity profiles or extract biometric identifiers. A photograph containing a face can still be personal information, so the same care and retention limits apply to it.
A request does not become training material
We do not use user data to train AI models. That commitment includes prompts, uploaded images, generated media and the service or support records connected to your use of Pixbench.
Permission to process material for a generation request is limited to delivering and supporting the service. It is not permission to build a training collection or hand the material to another AI provider.
The generation environment keeps files for up to 48 hours
Prompts, input images and generated images or videos remain in the generation environment for no longer than 48 hours. They are removed within that limit; the service is not an archive for your creative work.
Save a result to your device if you want a lasting copy. An exported file is outside the server retention window and is not removed from your device when our server copy is deleted. If you share it with another service or person, their handling of that copy is separate.
App service, transaction, support and limited security records have different purposes and retention criteria. Adjust attribution and app analytics are also covered separately in our Privacy Policy. The generation-content limit is not a retention period for those records, and keeping necessary records does not extend storage of prompts or media, including copies in the generation environment. None of this user data is used for model training.
You can ask us to remove information or investigate a concern
Pixbench does not require registration or a login. You can delete the app user record and associated personal information through the deletion option in Personal Settings, or request deletion by emailing support@pixbench.org. Include an app user or generation reference if available, rather than sending unnecessary copies of private material.
If a result appears harmful, infringes your rights or depicts someone without permission, tell support what happened and how to locate the result. Do not forward illegal material. We may request the minimum further detail needed to investigate.
