Delete your Pixbench data.

Email support@pixbench.org with the subject “Pixbench data deletion”. State that you want your Pixbench app user record and associated personal information deleted. If available, include a user reference shown in Personal Settings, a generation reference or a Google Play order reference that can help locate the relevant records.

There is no registered Pixbench email address or password to provide. You do not need to reinstall the app to start a request. If you no longer have a reference, explain what information is available so we can help locate the records without collecting unnecessary personal details.

We ask only for information reasonably needed to locate the data and confirm your authority to delete it. We may need limited additional verification to protect another person's information. Do not send Google credentials, full payment details or unrelated identity documents.

Pixbench is currently in development. The app's account deletion option refers to deleting its app user record and related data; it does not mean registration or a login is required. The email route also lets you ask questions before release.

• Open Pixbench and go to Personal Settings.
• Choose the account deletion option and read the confirmation details.
• Confirm the request using the steps shown in the app. Contact support if you cannot complete it.

Save any available image or video you want to keep before requesting deletion. Erased service records and media cannot be restored. Removing the app user record may also remove the information that connects your device to its previous activity; contact support about any unresolved paid entitlement before proceeding.

If you have a store-managed subscription, cancel its renewal separately through Google Play. Data deletion is not a cancellation instruction to the store and does not automatically request a refund. You can ask support about a purchase at the same time as requesting deletion.

Once the request is verified, we remove the app user record and associated personal information that no longer has a lawful reason to be kept. This includes linked app preferences, personal service records and any remaining creative inputs or outputs in our generation environment. Where a processor holds covered information on our behalf, we pass on the relevant deletion instruction, subject to lawful retention limits.

Creative files also have their own shorter lifecycle: prompts, input images and generated images or videos are retained on generation servers for no more than 48 hours. A deletion request is not required to trigger that routine removal. The same ceiling applies to copies in the generation environment.

A file that you downloaded to a device or shared elsewhere is outside our service systems. Deleting Pixbench data does not remove that separate copy or delete your Google account. Store payment records remain subject to Google's own obligations and privacy notice.

We may retain records needed for a legal accounting or tax obligation, a payment dispute, fraud prevention, security or a legal claim. Any retained information is limited to the purpose and period that justify keeping it; it is not kept for AI training or to continue ordinary use of a deleted app user record. Attribution and analytics requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy, separately from the generation-content deadline.

Where non-creative records remain temporarily in a protected backup, they are isolated from ordinary use and removed through the applicable deletion cycle; if recovery is necessary, the deletion must be reapplied. This does not create an exception to the 48-hour limit for prompts, uploaded images or generated media.

After receiving a request, we will explain any verification needed, handle it within the applicable legal period and tell you about any relevant retention exception. If a request cannot be completed in full, we will explain the reason and the options available to you.
